New docks were constructed at Martins Point on the Wadmalaw River and at a fish camp facility that we maintain on Beresford Creek, north of Daniel Island.

"It is not often in this business climate that one is able to identify a company with an outstanding performance, particularly in the construction business. Stiles Bee and his capable crew built our dock on the Bohicket. Riverside was very competitive, on time with impressive quality. They took the time to hand drive each ring shank stainless nail.
When I asked Stiles, why not a nail gun? He replied “I have not found a high enough quality nail that can be used in a gun yet". I have since recommended Stiles to three of my friends that were in the market for major docks and he has completed docks for all of them.

"I have had many docks built in my lifetime but I must say that the one Riverside built for me on Seabrook Island is the best considering that the dock was the fourth on that site in 200 years for you see that location was the original loading dock in the 1700s for the bountiful goods such as Indigo, sea island cotton and tomatoes that the island produced.
